di funzione Quadri, da retribuzione variabile &egrave; stata spostata nella retribuzione fissa, con rilevanti benefici all&rsquo;atto del pensionamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">PREVIDENZA INTEGRATIVA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Il contributo mensile<span>&nbsp; <\/span>a carico dell&rsquo;Azienda versato al Fondo Poste viene<span>&nbsp; <\/span>elevato<span>&nbsp; <\/span>di 10 euro medi mensili per ogni dipendente, pari ad una<span>&nbsp; <\/span>percentuale dello<span>&nbsp; <\/span>0.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">In materia di politiche aziendali di selezione e valorizzazione delle risorse umane<span>&nbsp; <\/span>il nuovo contratto introduce:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Wingdings\"><span>&Oslash;<span style=\"font: 7pt &#39;Times New Roman&#39;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">l&#39;apprendistato professionalizzante;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Wingdings\"><span>&Oslash;<span style=\"font: 7pt &#39;Times New Roman&#39;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">il contratto di inserimento lavorativo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Wingdings\"><span>&Oslash;<span style=\"font: 7pt &#39;Times New Roman&#39;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">il contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Sono stati inoltre rivisitati i contenuti del:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Wingdings\"><span>&Oslash;<span style=\"font: 7pt &#39;Times New Roman&#39;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">contratto a tempo determinato;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Wingdings\"><span>&Oslash;<span style=\"font: 7pt &#39;Times New Roman&#39;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">lavoro part-time;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Wingdings\"><span>&Oslash;<span style=\"font: 7pt &#39;Times New Roman&#39;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">telelavoro che favorisce<span>&nbsp; <\/span>la conciliazione dei tempi di vita e di lavoro.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Per quanto riguarda, invece, l&#39;orario di lavoro,<span>&nbsp; <\/span>l&#39;accordo sul Contratto rafforza l&#39;equilibrio tra elementi di certezza e di flessibilit&agrave;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">In questa logica, va a collocarsi l&rsquo;introduzione del lavoratore turnista, la disciplina del lavoro notturno e la regolamentazione dell&rsquo;orario multiperiodale.<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">FERIE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Novit&agrave; sono state introdotte anche in materia di ferie. Due (2) giorni delle stesse sono trasformate in permessi che il lavoratore pu&ograve; fruirne a giornata intera, ad ore o ne pu&ograve; richiedere il relativo pagamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Inoltre alle<span>&nbsp; <\/span>due settimane di ferie spettante al lavoratore nel periodo 15 giugno &ndash; 15 settembre in aggiunta l&rsquo;Azienda assicura, su richiesta del dipendente, un&rsquo;ulteriore settimana collocata nel periodo 15 gennaio<span>&nbsp; <\/span>&#8211; 15 aprile.<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">TRASFERTA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Anche nell&rsquo;istituto della trasferta sono state introdotte delle novit&agrave; di tutela che vanno a monetizzare ulteriormente il disagio e lo sforzo dei lavoratori. Infatti dal 1&deg; gennaio 2008, qualora nel corso dello stesso mese, il lavoratore sia chiamato ad effettuare trasferte di durata superiore alle quattro ore che non prevedono pernottamento per un numero di giorni superiore a sei (6), a decorrere dal settimo giorno le indennit&agrave; di trasferta sono <strong>maggiorate del 95%.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Con questo contratto vengono realizzati obiettivi di politica industriale e sindacali.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Innanzitutto la presenza della nostra Federazione con la sua peculiarit&agrave; autonoma, gi&agrave; conquistata a livello Regionale, rilancia fortemente la propria individualit&agrave; come soggetto negoziale e politico esaltando la forza e le capacit&agrave; del nostro quadro dirigente sui territori e confermando il ruolo della FAILP-CISAL nei posti di lavoro.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">La stessa dichiarazione programmatica congiunta &nbsp;del nuovo contratto e l&rsquo;inserimento nello stesso&nbsp; dell&rsquo;&rsquo;accordo del 15 Settembre 2006 conferma la valenza politica di questo accordo che sottoscritto dalle parti come atto negoziale contrattuale lo potenzia, sia sul piano normativo che su quello di politica sindacale.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Marted&igrave; e Mercoled&igrave; prossimo inizieranno le trattative su altri due filoni importanti: la definizione della modifica dell&rsquo;art.18 e il protocollo d&rsquo;intesa sulla responsabilit&agrave; sociale d&rsquo;impresa da definire entro questo mese, e formeranno parte integrante del CCNL.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">La FAILP ritiene che la firma al presente contratto chiude una fase storica in tema di tipologia contrattuale.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">A partire dai prossimi mesi questa Organizzazione dovr&agrave; recuperare pezzi importanti per poter competere quale soggetto autonomo negoziale e sindacale.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Il prossimo contratto sar&agrave; di Settore e tutti i quadri dirigenti dovranno essere impegnati per &ldquo;acquisire&rdquo; lavoratori dei settori privati (recapito privato, logistica, Societ&agrave; del Gruppo Poste, ecc); cambieranno le nostre controparti, la Confindustria detter&agrave; i termini e le tipologie contrattuali.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"doc\/ccnl2007-2010.zip\">Scarica il testo completo con gli allegati<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E&rsquo; da evidenziare&nbsp;&nbsp; il contesto&nbsp; storico\/politico&nbsp; in cui si &egrave; costruita questa&nbsp; nuova fase, tra l&rsquo;altro&nbsp; dettata dall&rsquo;imminente&nbsp; processo di liberalizzazione del mercato e del&nbsp; settore, previsto per il 1&deg; gennaio 2011.
